How Initially Our Business Starts Flowing

Our Founder's journey began when she landed her first job as an external auditor at KPMG, specifically in the assurance department. It was here that she was introduced to the critical practice of reviewing business processes as a mandatory step before commencing the audit process. Through this experience, she gained a deep understanding of the significance of efficient business processes to the overall health and success of a business.

This foundational knowledge became a guiding principle in her approach to every project and companies she joined, including a pivotal moment when she was involved in guiding a company through the listing process on the SGX. She recognized that a well-structured business process is fundamental driver of profitability and cash flow within an organization.
